Original Prints Collection
A curated collection of Katie’s beautiful, softly printed, cats, botanicals and patterned abstracts. Printed on handmade cotton papers with archival inks for gentle art that speaks to the heart.
The lino prints are printed from plates hand-carved from either traditional lino, polymer or rubber blocks, inked with high quality oil-based inks. Each print is also either hand stamped or hand pulled.
Collographs are made using tetrapaks for the printing plate - inked up and the lighter areas wiped off.
The monoprints are one-offs made using a gelli-plate and feature colourful, layered designs with abstract shapes, botanicals and stamps.

Inspired by living in the midst of Sherwood Forest, a mixed edition of 50 A5 lino prints featuring a stylised acorn.
This is a mixed edition because I chose to print on three different papers and use two different colours of ink - green and caramel.
Paper types - choose from:
Lokta paper which is a handmade, soft Nepalese paper with organic inclusions. It’s made from the inner bark of the Lokta tree in the Himalayas and is naturally acid free.
White cotton rag. A handmade paper where cotton fibres are soaked and laid over a mesh and pressed. Deckle edged. Acid free.
Green cotton rag. Similar to the white cotton rag but using green dyed fibes for a soft sage colour. Acid free.
The design was hand carved into traditional battleship grey lino and then hand printed using Caligo safewash inks to my own mix. To transfer the ink the back of the paper is burnished with a wooden baren (a little like a darning mushroom). The print is then stamped with my maker’s mark and editioned with title and number.
Packaged in a film fronted paper bag with cardboard support, with accompanying information. Will be sent in bend-resistant packaging to ensure your print arrives in perfect condition.
There is a companion edition of oak leaves also available.

A one-of-a-kind artwork featuring an ammonite design, hand-carved in traditional brown lino and printed in ivory black Caligo Safewash ink. For this series, each background has been created using gelliprinting - a monoprinting process that builds organic texture and subtle depth.
For Earthen Sun, I layered metallic copper acrylic with earthy pigments to evoke warmth, grounding, and the golden heart of the spiral. The finish catches the light beautifully, revealing a quiet shimmer and rich, tactile surface.
Printed on A4 heavyweight recycled cartridge paper. Individually signed and dated (KH 25). This piece is unique - no two are the same.

For Cosmic Remembering, I layered deep blue and violet with traces of metallic copper, creating subtle iridescence that echoes the tones of verdigris and weathered stone. The textured surface evokes peeling paint and aged plaster - like a wall that remembers what it once witnessed. A small mark near the base feels like a symbol, half-lost, half-found. This piece carries the hush of memory from distant places - part celestial, part archaeological.

For Skywater Spiral, I used bright sky blue paint enriched with copper and gold, pressing botanical imprints into the surface to create fossil-like white shapes. The texture is reminiscent of rusted paintwork and embedded leaf forms - like a spiral remembered through weather and growth. This piece feels like a sky once lived in, a breath once held.

For Corefire, I blended smooth and matte coppery tones with deep indigo blue and hints of gold, creating a rich, roughened surface. The texture is raw yet luminous - glowing when it catches the light, like embered metal cooling into form. This piece feels alive with the movement of shadow and shimmer.

For Golden Return, I layered rich leaf green with warm copper and rose pink, swirling the paint to create movement and softly flowing tracings. The surface is deeply textured, reminiscent of bark, moss, or gently shifting water. This piece carries the feel of life spiralling back into form, a return to something rooted and radiant.

For Solar Memory, I blended warm copper with soft leaf green, using architectural and spotted stencils to build layered, structural texture. The result feels like sunlight catching on mossed stone… a memory of heat and form, pattern and flow. This one holds both warmth and strength.

For Petal of the Deep, I layered magenta and violet with subtle golden flecks that catch the light like sunlight drifting through deep water. The surface carries a soft luminosity… petal shapes and echoes of sediment emerging through layered colour. A quiet piece that blooms in stillness.

For Forest Spiral, I used rich leaf green tones layered with soft residual pink, swirling the paint before printing to create movement and mystery. I’ve always loved the simple, yet complex form of the ammonite. They are found in abundance, and to me, represent the beautiful, mathematical/geometric sculpture of the natural world.
I have printed this image in a number of formats and papers - over monoprints, on antiqued cotton rag paper and this special one which is printed on some paper that I made myself from scrap paper and discarded lino prints that went wrong! I try not to create waste and was pleased that I could create something beautiful out of it instead :)
Printed on a 12 inch roundel of handmade paper with a greenish hue and black speckles. This paper is textured and bumpy, giving stone vibes which fit the fossil perfectly.

Magical & witchy lino prints
Mystic Moth - moths are often overlooked in favour of their gaudy butterfly cousins but their shapes and patterns have always fascinated me. This one takes a simple form, with striking antennae and a stippled background.
Part of a mini series of four, which was inspired by the work I’ve been doing in my junk journals, playing with witchy themes and motifs such as ravens, fungi and moths. I decided to work in a smaller format, and also to go square.
Printed in a saturated deep violet oil-based ink on soft Lokta paper for a set of images which give off a magical and mystical vibe.
Hand titled and stamped with my dated makers’ mark.
7cm image on 14cm square paper.
The prints are carefully packaged and sent in hard backed envelope so that they arrive in perfect condition.
As each is hand printed there will be small variations between each and may differ slightly from the photo.
Gobbolino - inspired by the witch’s cat of my youth from one of the books which was around when I was a kid - a cute familiar with a pointy hat.

Fairy House - a re-imagining of the ubiquitous Fly Agaric as a cottage fit for a fairy occupant - complete with chimney, window and door.

Raven - perched on a branch with a crescent moon and stars behind, perhaps waiting for his mistress’s bidding, or keeping an eye on things for her!

Collographs (Tetrapak Prints)
Art through recycling!
The printing plate for this delicate, architectural poppy seedhead was made from a juice carton. With tetrapak printing you inscribe the plate and remove the surface to create the lines and darker areas - roll on your ink and then wipe anything you want to be white off. I tore the edges of the plate to add visual interest.
Printed in a a baby pink oil based ink on crisp, recycled cartridge paper.
Signed with my dated ‘chop’.
7×5” approx (fits into a standard 7×5 inch frame).
Unframed, will be sent in a cellophane bag in a hard backed envelope for safe mailing.
