Work with us!

Making

If there’s something custom you’d like making - from sustainable materials - we’re always happy to see if we can help. We’ve worked with a variety of local organisations to make or design bespoke items - from LGBT+ awards made from reclaimed Oak, to our most recent project to design and build an outdoor xylophone for a local primary school. See a selection of past projects here.

If you have a rough idea of what you’d like but don’t know the finer details yet, simply get in touch and we can help you to bring your ideas to life.

Practical Workshops

Both of us are experienced deliverers of workshops, training and adult education. Katie taught for a number of years at the University of Nottingham and has run countless day schools and other classes; Ian ran skillshare workshops for Transition Chesterfield for many years and has also led wild food/foraging walks for a variety of organisations in the East Midlands.

We’re currently putting together a portfolio of practical workshops to share skills around making, hand tool use and maintenance, and wild food.

Whilst we will have our own hosted events in due course, we welcome invitations from other providers to offer workshops as part of existing programmes. Feel free to drop us a message if you’d like details.
