We offer a teddy, cuddly and soft toy mending service - specialising in modern plush such as Jellycat - but older bears are also welcome! Check out the portfolio for a flavour of previous work. If your child’s precious cuddly has met with an accident or fallen out with a puppy, then don’t worry because we can help!

If your favourite Pelham Puppet - or any other marionette - is looking a bit unkempt, or needs new strings, then look no further! We’re able to restring puppets using the proper linen thread and can also mend or replace broken parts.

We are Katie - artist, designer, multi-faceted craftswoman - and Ian - leather worker, greenwood carver, master of tetris and all-round problem solver amongst other talents! Together we bring artistry and practicality to our handmade business. We’re passionate about making high quality goods that are both beautiful AND useful.

But we aren’t just Makers! At the heart of our business is the recognition that the things that are most precious to a family - whether that’s a teddy or a puppet - are worth the effort of saving.
We bring together skills in Mending - stitching, colour matching, wood carving and repair - often working small miracles to bring battered possessions back to their beauty and functionality.

This is our Boss, Kiki. She’s very much in charge around here and likes to make sure that we’re doing our jobs properly. Her other title is Supervisor.
